Delivery
Our delivery options and charges are simple.
Next Day Delivery (£4.75) - FREE if you spend just £30.00 exc vat
All items where in stock are sent via Courier / Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that although nearly all items ordered via this option are delivered next day - this is not a guaranteed service. All orders need to be signed for so please make sure someone is around.
If you order items for next day delivery and some are not in stock we will deliver what we can and the rest follow at no extra cost to you.
We do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. Any items ordered on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed after 3.30pm may not be processed for next day.

Furniture
Most products in our furniture range are stocked and will be supplied on an express service (normally within 72 hours) but please allow up to 5 days.
Other products are called 'specials' and are not stocked but are there to provide you with a greater breadth of choice. These 'special' items are available on a 2 - 3 week lead time. Once an order has been placed we are unable to accept cancellations. Please contact us for more details.
Notification of delivery
We will normally send you an email to the address specified during checkout when the goods have been shipped. This means that your order is with the courier/parcel company and will be delivered soon.
Stock availability
If an item is not available, then we will contact you to confirm an estimated delivery date. If one of more items are out of stock the you have the option to have the products in stock to be shipped and the rest later as they become available or to cancel the items not in stock.
