Prices
Our prices are VERY competitive for both originals and compatible. Our mark-ups are typically far lower than the market average, which means we offer a very good deal to both small and large businesses.
We can also offer discounts for bulk orders and special pricing for larger organisations. So, if you do a lot of printing, please complete our evaluation form (link to order frequently page) and we’ll see if we can save you even more!
Product Availability and Shipping
In stock products are usually delivered the next day.
Out of stock products are placed on back order and are shipped as soon as they become available. If a product is not be available with 5 business days of your order, or has been discontinued by the manufacturer, you will be notified via email / phone. Your order will then be cancelled and full refund will be provided to you.

We stock three types of products
New and original Products
Our products have never been used, reconditioned, or refurbished. All these products carry full manufacturer's 12 months warranty. These products are sometime referred to as OEM products.
Refurbished / Reconditioned Products
Refurbished or reconditioned products are in complete working order and have been repaired and thoroughly tested. Products have a limited manufacturer's warranty.
Compatible Products
Compatible products are the same as original products but are manufactured by a third party. They are designed to replace the original cartridge and are cheaper without sacrificing quality.

1. Buy Online — Pay Online
This option is the quickest and easiest for every customer. Simply browse our shop online, add the products to your basket and then proceed to checkout to pay for the cartridges using a credit / debit card. For more about paying online click here. You can access your basket / checkout from any page — just below the Whistle Ink logo.
Your order will be processed as soon as it is received.
2. Buy Online — Pay Offline
Simply browse our shop online, add the products to your basket and then proceed to checkout.
When selecting ‘Payment Method’. You must select either the ‘Bank Transfer’ or the ‘Cheque’ option. Once you have completed the rest of the details you will be taken to your receipt, which will provide full details of your order.
If paying by Cheque you need to print the receipt and send it to us with a cheque, or send a cheque with your Order Number, Date of Order, Your Name.
If paying by Bank Transfer, upon receiving your order we will send you the details to account you need to make payment to.
Your order will be processed as soon as full payment (upon cleared funds) is received.
3. Payment On Account
This option is only available to account customers only and you must be logged in to use this method.

At Whistle Ink, we are continually making efforts to make ordering from us easier and faster. To save you time we have four ways of paying:
1) Protx (Online)
If you have processed your order online using the Protx your details are collected using 128bit secure SSL technology. Once you have entered your details, Protx will securely send your details Barclays Bank to be authorised. This is a completely secure process and we ensure that your details cannot be accessed by a 3rd party. Protx is audited by an independent auditor on a regular basis to ensure that we comply with the latest security standards set out by Visa and MasterCard. For more information about Protx click here. The following cards are accepted.

2) Cheque
You may submit your order by printing the sales receipt at the end of the checkout process. You must select 'Cheque' as the payment method when requested. Goods will be shipped upon cleared funds, and you will be kept fully informed about the status of your order. At the discretion of Whistle Ink, we may start processing orders upon receipt of cheque and order details.
3) Bank Transfer / On Account
Please contact us for more details. These options are only available at our discretion and we reserve the right to ask for payment methods 1-3 as listed above.

Yes, because we only use the highest quality products, you can be certain that the results will be at least equivalent to that of the original.
The remanufactured toner cartridges we supply are made by Kores and are:
- Premium quality: made using new drum, OPC, magnetic roller, wiper blades.

- Sharp vivid and long lasting colours.

Back to topWill using a compatible cartridge void my manufacturer’s warranty?
No, the original equipment manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply for using compatible cartridges. In fact there are laws preventing manufacturers from doing just that. Manufacturers can however refuse to repair a printer under warranty if it is proved that a compatible cartridge has caused damage to the printer. Hence our guarantee!
