I use non branded Post it Notes because they were free! I mostly use the small pads like 5 Star Re-MveNotes38x51mm Yllw(29662X)

I use original post-it notes! The originals are the best... the right size, variety of colours and the right stickiness! The small 'tab' type ones are very handy, also 3 x 3 like 3M Post-It Note Pad 3x3-76x76mm are perfect. I would like to use those shaped post-it notes in future.

I use alternative brands of repositonal notes because they are cheaper and just as good. My favourite pads are the smaller ones like Post It Note 11/2x 2 Flrl Rbw 653FL pk12 . I have used the shaped pos-it notes, heart ones of course lol!

I’ve used both, but prefer the originals. I find that the adhesive on cheaper alternatives loses its ability to be posted anywhere once you’ve taken it off the pad, and then you end up with a little pile of dried up post-its, like autumn leaves but less crunchy! My favourite post-it notes product is the 3M Post-It Notes Yellow 3x5 655YE. I’ve used lots of different shaped ones in various courses – heart, oval, and some patterned ones. I still prefer the traditional yellow – they are easier to read and to write on

I use any type of post it notes - the last ones were form Tesco's on a special offer! They were there and they were cheap. Dont ask how much as I cant remember! I prefer the 3M Post-It Note Pad 3x3-76x76mm or even the 3M Post-It Note Yellow 3x5 655YE

I prefer original post-it notes due to quality. I believe buying cheaper alternatives isn't an option. Never scrimp on quality. You get what you pay for! My favourite post-it note pad is the 3M Post-It Note Pad 3x3-76x76mm

I always use original post it notes. No other brand can match their quality feel and stickiness. No other brand of post it notes has ever met my expectations, yes 3M's are more expensive, but I use them so much, and feel the outlay is worth it. Marcia Francois has written a great article, a top ten list of tools that are essential at home or in the office if you want to get seriously efficient and organised.
Naturally post-it notes play a part, quick and easy to jot down and then you can the post-it note on your monitor or wherever. A nice visual to do list or reminder list.
I think that as well as things being put into say the right box etc and filed away correctly we shouldn’t rely on our memories to store everything!

There are a variety of post-it notes you can use to organise things - but you don’t want to complicate the process so no fancy coloured notes! just the standard yellow post-it notes will suffice!

Here is a very interesting story about one of the many post-it notes 'artworks' that we see on the net. If there's even a channel devoted to post-it notes on YouTube then people have alot of free time on there hands!
Some workers in 2006 decided to cover their colleagues precious Jaguar in post-it notes. It's quite colourful really - but frankly unless I had a large team I would have given up half way. You can see the pictures here.
Anyway 3M saw it and wanted to use his pictures in a promotional campaign. The guy gave his price and the story goes that 3M said they could create it themselves at little cost.
