Returns Policy


Each store is different with regards to their returns policy and as this is online shopping returns have to be processed online / email too which is alot less hassle.

 

Euroffice


If something doesn't quite meet your needs, we offer a 14-day returns policy.  We'll collect the item for free and give you a credit (providing it's in resaleable condition).

After you contact Euroffice about a return, they will email you a returns number and arrange for a collection.  Within three working days they will have your order back in their warehouse and a credit note/refund will be issued within 14 calendar days.

All they ask is that your item is in its original, unopened, packaging without any markings or scribbles, goods which are returned that do not match, are unfit for resale or do not match the returns requested will not be credited.

If you're short of an item in your order, or it's damaged, please lett them know within three days of delivery and they'll take care of things for you.

If you contact Euroffice more than 14 days after delivery, they may be able to accept the goods back but not necessarily at full-credit value.

Due to health and safety reasons they are unable to take back any food or drink items, biscuits, coffee and water, etc.

 

Office Giant


If you wish to return an item - you can do this within 7 days of receipt of the item. It must be unopened and in perfect condiiton. If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased for any reason, please contact them on 0844 884 5189 . Office Giants customer services team will take you through the returns procedure.

When returning goods, they must be returned unopened and in the condition in which they left our warehouse.

Upon receipt of the goods they will arrange a credit or exchange. The risk of damage to any goods you return to them will remain with you until the product(s) have been delivered to our premises and accepted by us at those premises.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of collection.If you wish to arrange a return - please them on 0844 884 5189.

 

UK Office Direct

1.1 When you return a Product to us (for instance, because you have cancelled the Contract between us, or have notified us in accordance with clause 19 that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product. Provided we are satisfied with the condition of the Product following our examination, we will either replace the item (if returned owing to a defect and usually within forty-eight hours of its return to us) or provide you with a refund. If you have requested a refund we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay. We will process the refund as soon as possible.


1.2 Subject to clause 10.3 below, Products returned by you because of a defect or within the fourteen-day cooling-off period (see clause 6.1 above) will be refunded in full after delivery costs have been deducted.


1.3 Should you notify us that you wish to return an air conditioning unit within the fourteen-day cooling-off period or because of a defect, we will contact you to arrange collection. Following collection and examination of such Product by us and provided we are satisfied with the condition of such Product, we will provide you with a refund less 20% of the purchase price to cover the cost of collection. We will not make any reduction to the refunded purchase price if the unit is returned owing to a defect.


1.4 A claim by you that the quantity of the Products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered shall be notified to us within 3 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability in respect of such shortfall and you shall be bound to pay the price as if the Products had been delivered in accordance with the Contract.
